Seller Documentation Requirements – Buycrona Marketplace

To become a registered seller on Buycrona, operated by Amcy Technology Private Limited, sellers are required to provide certain documents to verify their identity, business legitimacy, and compliance with Indian laws and regulations. This ensures that only legitimate and trustworthy businesses can list and sell products on our platform.

Below are the comprehensive Seller Documentation Requirements for registering and maintaining a seller account.


1. Business Registration Documents

Sellers must provide valid documents to verify their business entity type and legitimacy.

1.1 Sole Proprietorship / Individual Sellers

  • Aadhaar Card: Valid Aadhaar card of the owner.

  • PAN Card: Valid PAN card in the name of the individual or business.

  • Business Address Proof: Recent utility bill (electricity, water, or gas), rent agreement, or other official documents.

1.2 Partnership Firms

  • Partnership Deed: Registered Partnership Deed outlining the partnership terms.

  • PAN Card: PAN card for the partnership.

  • GST Registration: If applicable.

  • Business Address Proof: Recent utility bill or rent agreement.

  • Identity Proof: Aadhaar, Passport, or Voter ID for each partner.

1.3 Limited Liability Partnerships (LLP)

  • Certificate of Incorporation issued by RoC.

  • LLP Agreement.

  • PAN Card of LLP.

  • GST Registration (if applicable).

  • Business Address Proof.

  • Identity Proof of authorized signatories.

1.4 Private Limited Companies

  • Certificate of Incorporation issued by RoC.

  • Memorandum & Articles of Association (MOA/AOA).

  • PAN Card of the company.

  • GST Registration (if applicable).

  • Board Resolution authorizing the signatory.

  • Business Address Proof.

  • Identity Proof of authorized signatory.


2. Financial Documents

2.1 Bank Account Details

  • Bank Statement or Cancelled Cheque showing account number and IFSC code.

2.2 GST Documents

  • GST Registration Certificate or GST Exemption Certificate if exempt.


3. Product and Business Compliance Documents

Sellers must ensure products comply with applicable regulations.

3.1 Product Licensing and Certifications

  • Safety certifications for regulated products (electronics, toys, etc.).

  • Import/Export License if applicable.

3.2 Trademark and Intellectual Property

  • Trademark Certificate (if registered).

  • Copyright proof (for original art, books, software, etc.).

3.3 FSSAI License (for Food Sellers)

  • Valid FSSAI License for selling food products.


4. Contact and Verification Details

4.1 Contact Information

  • Phone number and business email.

4.2 Identity Verification

  • Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License) of the authorized signatory.

4.3 Authorized Signatory Details

  • Signed authorization letter, if applicable.


5. Additional Seller Obligations and Compliance

Sellers must agree to Buycrona’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other related policies. Failure to comply may result in rejection of the seller application.


6. Document Upload Guidelines

  • Documents must be clear, legible, and in supported formats (JPEG, PNG, PDF).

  • No personal or confidential information should be missing.

  • File size should not exceed [specify limit, e.g., 10MB] per document.

  • Incomplete or unclear documents may delay registration.


7. Verification Process

After submission, applications will be processed. Verification may take up to [7-10] business days. Notification of approval, rejection, or additional requirements will be sent via email or phone.
