Seller Registration Policy – Buycrona Marketplace

At Amcy Technology Private Limited, operating the Buycrona marketplace, we aim to create a reliable, transparent, and efficient platform where trusted sellers can offer their products to a wide customer base. To ensure a safe and seamless experience for both sellers and buyers, we have established the following Seller Registration Policy.

By registering as a seller on Buycrona, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.


1. Eligibility Criteria for Sellers

To become a seller on the Buycrona Marketplace, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Legal Entity: Must be a legally registered entity in India (individuals, sole proprietors, partnerships, LLPs, or private limited companies).

  • GST Registration: Must have a valid GST registration for your business and comply with GST regulations.

  • Bank Account: Must have an Indian bank account under the business name to receive payments.

  • Product Compliance: Products must comply with Indian laws and Buycrona guidelines, and must not fall under restricted categories.


2. Seller Registration Process

Step 1: Account Creation

  • Create an account on Buycrona with your name, business name, email, and phone number.

  • Verify your email or phone via OTP or link.

Step 2: Business Information Submission

  • Provide detailed business information: business name, GSTIN, PAN, business type, and bank account details.

Step 3: Document Submission

  • Upload required documents:

    • Identity Proof: Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver’s License.

    • Address Proof: Utility bill, rent agreement, or official document.

    • GST Certificate.

    • Bank Account Proof (cancelled cheque or bank statement).

    • PAN Card copy.

Step 4: Review and Approval

  • Buycrona team reviews your application.

  • Approved sellers receive a confirmation notification.

  • If issues arise, you will be asked to provide additional information.


3. Seller Responsibilities

3.1 Product Listings

  • Ensure compliance with Indian laws (Consumer Protection Act, Trademarks Act, Copyrights Act).

  • Provide accurate, detailed, and up-to-date product information.

3.2 Pricing

  • Charge applicable GST and avoid misleading pricing.

3.3 Inventory Management

  • Keep stock updated and process orders promptly (usually within 48 hours).

3.4 Customer Service

  • Respond promptly to customer queries.

  • Follow Buycrona Returns and Refund Policy.

3.5 Packaging and Shipping

  • Package products securely.

  • Ship within committed timelines and provide tracking information.


4. Seller Fees and Payments

4.1 Commission and Fees

  • Marketplace commission will apply as per the seller agreement.

  • Payment gateway processing fees will be deducted from earnings.

4.2 Payment Transfer

  • Payments will be transferred after order fulfillment within the schedule specified in the seller agreement.

  • Refunds and returns will be deducted from seller accounts accordingly.


5. Seller Code of Conduct

Sellers must maintain integrity and professionalism:

  • No misleading practices or false product information.

  • Respect intellectual property laws.

  • Operate ethically, maintain accurate inventory, and provide quality products and services.


6. Suspension and Termination

Buycrona reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts for:

  • Violating product listing guidelines.

  • Failing to fulfill orders consistently.

  • Fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Negative customer feedback.

Sellers will be notified via email regarding suspension or termination. Remaining balances will be handled as per refund or payment policies.


7. Amendments to the Policy

Buycrona may amend or update this Seller Registration Policy. Registered sellers will be notified of changes, and the latest policy will be available on the website.
