Seller Terms and Conditions – Buycrona Marketplace

These Seller Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Amcy Technology Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”) and sellers who wish to list, market, and sell their products through our online marketplace platform, https://buycrona.com/. By registering as a seller on the Marketplace, you (“Seller”, “You”) agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register as a seller or use our platform to offer products.

1. Agreement Overview

1.1 Binding Agreement: By completing the seller registration process and listing products on Buycrona, you accept and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and other applicable guidelines.

1.2 Changes to the Agreement: We may update or amend this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be communicated to sellers, and the updated version will be available on the website. You are responsible for reviewing the latest version regularly.

2. Eligibility and Account Creation

2.1 Eligibility Requirements: To register as a seller, you must be a legally registered business entity in India (sole proprietor, partnership, LLP, or private limited company), have a valid GST registration (if applicable), and a valid bank account under the business name.

2.2 Account Creation: Complete the registration process and submit all required documents. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

2.3 Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account information. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Product Listings and Content

3.1 Listing Requirements: Sellers must ensure product listings comply with Indian laws and marketplace policies. Listings must include accurate product name, description, images, price, availability, shipping info, and applicable taxes.

3.2 Product Compliance: Products must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights and must comply with consumer protection laws.

3.3 Prohibited Products: Counterfeit, illegal, hazardous, adult, obscene, or offensive products are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Listing Suspension: Buycrona may suspend or remove listings that violate policies or laws.

4. Pricing and Fees

4.1 Pricing: Sellers are responsible for product pricing, including taxes.

4.2 Marketplace Commission: A commission is charged on each sale and deducted before payment. Rates vary by product category.

4.3 Payment Gateway Fees: Applicable processing fees will be deducted from your earnings.

4.4 Seller Fees and Taxes: Sellers are responsible for GST and any other fees related to their business operations.

5. Order Management and Fulfillment

5.1 Order Processing: Orders must be processed and shipped promptly, typically within 48 hours, subject to product availability.

5.2 Shipping and Delivery: Sellers handle packaging, shipping, and delivery via reliable couriers in India. Delivery commitments must be met (2–7 days from shipment).

5.3 Shipping Charges: Sellers may charge shipping fees, clearly disclosed to customers before purchase.

5.4 Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Customers must follow the Returns & Refund Policy for post-shipment issues.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Customer Service

6.1 Returns Policy: Sellers must comply with Buycrona’s Returns & Refund Policy and process returns/refunds as required.

6.2 Customer Complaints: Sellers must respond to complaints promptly and professionally.

6.3 Refunds: Refunds must be processed according to policies and applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms and Payouts

7.1 Payment Processing: Payments are made via the platform’s payment gateway, minus commissions and transaction fees.

7.2 Payout Frequency: Payments will be transferred within the timeframe specified in the seller agreement (typically within [X] business days after order completion and customer delivery).

7.3 Refunds and Chargebacks: Any refund or chargeback amounts will be deducted from pending payouts.

7.4 Tax Compliance: Sellers are responsible for managing their tax obligations, including GST.

8. Seller Obligations and Responsibilities

8.1 Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax laws.

8.2 Product Quality: Sellers must offer genuine, high-quality products and handle warranties, repairs, replacements, and refunds.

8.3 Intellectual Property: Product listings must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

8.4 Customer Privacy: Sellers must handle personal customer data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and data protection laws.

9. Suspension, Termination, and Account Deactivation

9.1 Suspension: Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, unfulfilled orders, or unethical practices.

9.2 Termination: Sellers may request account termination, subject to completion of pending orders and resolution of customer issues.

9.3 Breach of Terms: Breach may result in suspension or termination. Obligations remain even after termination.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Marketplace Liability: Buycrona is not responsible for product quality, legality, or delivery. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.

10.2 Indemnification: Sellers agree to indemnify Buycrona against claims, damages, or losses arising from their use of the platform.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Force Majeure: Not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters or technological failures.

11.2 Dispute Resolution: Disputes are governed by Indian law and resolved via arbitration in India.

11.3 Governing Law: Indian laws govern this Agreement.
