Shipping Policy – Buycrona Marketplace

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding order processing, shipping timelines, delivery coverage, and associated charges.

1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once the order is shipped.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India.
Delivery is available in major cities, towns, and remote areas serviced by our logistics partners.
If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.): 2-4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, logistical delays, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Partners
We work with leading courier services including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure secure and timely delivery.
Tracking details will be provided via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
5. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On orders above ₹[Specify Amount].
Standard Shipping Charges: Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur a nominal shipping fee based on weight, location, and delivery speed. Charges are displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD orders may attract an additional handling fee.
6. Order Tracking
Customers can track orders using the tracking number provided via email/SMS.
Real-time tracking is available on our website under the “Track Order” section.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
Delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times before marking the order as undeliverable.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.
8. Address & Contact Information
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Incorrect address details may result in delivery delays or failed deliveries.
9. Delayed or Lost Shipments
For orders significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, contact our support team.
In rare cases of lost shipments, a full refund or replacement will be provided after investigation with the shipping partner.
10. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.
11. Order Modification or Cancellation
Once an order is shipped, modifications or cancellations are not possible.
Unshipped orders may be canceled within 12 hours of order placement by contacting customer support.
